Smartcard Application Form

TransportMe Smartcards are accepted on Merseylink general-access buses and the Deloraine to Devonport service only. TransportMe Smartcards are not accepted on any other dedicated school buses.

To qualify for a student card, cardholders must be 18 years or younger. Proof of concession status is required upon first use of an adult concession card.
A replacement card will incur a $5 fee
Minimum 5 letters, no spaces, full stops, or symbols. Do not use an email address.
Minimum 5 characters (letters and numbers only), no spaces or symbols.
